  • pre-care:

    • avoid alcohol & blood thinners leading up to your treatment

    post-care:

    • do not lay flat for 4-6 hours post injections

    • do not work out for 24-48 hours post injections

    • avoid applying make-up directly following injections

    please note: not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers

  • pre-care:

    • may use arnica tablets as a prophylactic for bruising and swelling

    post-care:

    • ice the area to help prevent bruising and swelling

    • no working out or saunas for 24-48 hours post injections

    • avoid retinol and exfoliants 2-3 days prior

    post-care:

    • massage the area 5 times a day, for 5 minutes each time, for 5 days after treatment ice the area to help prevent bruising and swelling

    • no working out or saunas for 24 hrs post injections

    • avoid laser treatments for 2-3 weeks

    • not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers.

    • be sure to share travel information with your provider for accurate post care advice

  • pre-care:

    • limit extended sun exposure 5-7 days prior

    • remove retinol & chemical exfoliants from your routine 5 days prior

    • men must have a clean shaven face

    post-care:

    • apply spf daily the day following treatment

    • no exercise or makeup for 48 hours post treatment

    • no active products, exfoliants or retinols for 7 days post treatment

    • redness will be present for 48-72 hours post treatment

    • flaking & peeling may occur and will subside 5-7 days post treatment

    please note:

    • safe for treatment of melasma

    • not suitable for active breakouts

    • allow 14 days post injection for treatment & 48 hours post treatment for injections
